SDA is working on a new garage for display and storage of high end sport cars on the owner’s current property. The design includes a rooftop deck for entertaining, which allows for peak-a-boo views into the garage for visibility of the car collection . The project also incorporates a water feature that runs from the existing home and through the new structure. One of the challenges the project faced was strict HOA guidelines requiring that the building be mostly-hidden to the passerbys on the road below; by partly embedding the structure in the ground, we were able to accomplish this restriction.
