OLYMPIC VIEW SWIM CLUB

We were given the task of rejuvenating a one-story unreinforced CMU pool house for the local swim club. Beyond the roof, which had deteriorated beyond repair, the entirety of the 1950 facility needed an all-around renovation to be something the swim club could be proud of once again. With that, additional opportunities for the building are being explored to expand functionality. Our intervention includes the redesign the roof structure with low slope shed metal roofs in addition to elevation changes for added interest. A full interior renovation will accompany this on the boards project, which hopes to be complete in time for the 2020 swim season.
